A River Dream Unfolds

The location by the river was a blessing, the gentle sounds a balm to my soul. Check in moved quickly. The gentleman greeted me by name and my key awaited. My room featured a generous bed with lights creating a warm atmosphere. I cherished the delicious lunch and breakfast. Service shined especially at breakfast. It was easy to use the main entrance or a separate exit.

A noisy delivery occurred at 7:15 AM. It disrupted the morning's peace. The hotel have control over deliveries? I would have liked a more quiet start to the day.

The dining room offered a view of the river during breakfast. It framed the meal perfectly. The breakfast menu did boast many choices, it all came freshly made. Dinner service was available.

Staff members offered assistance in carrying luggage to the room. They provided comfort. The front desk was staffed twenty four hours. Security was assured. The staff facilitated a taxi service. Transportation became easier.

knocking noise broken edging

the bathroom fan made a persistent knocking noise all night. it kept us awake. the bedroom window also did not close properly. plastic edging on the shower was broken. we only stayed one night so i didn't report these issues.

The breakfast had lots of fresh choices. the location was ideal near the river. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. the complimentary prosecco on arrival was a nice touch.

a bathroom mirror light wouldn't turn off, so it was very bright.

the hotel has a beautiful riverside location. it is close to parking and the city centre. the hotel is perfectly situated near the river. a five or six minute stroll reaches the city centre.
